We do not accept returns, as our content is digital. We will however work with all customers who have issues, including refunding where appropriate.

We charge in either USD$, British Pounds, Euro or NZD $. Double check at checkout which currency. We do not charge any extra fees or conduct the currency conversion, your bank does. 

Your game, e.g. Counter Strike, will appear as EAGLE GADGETS or EAGLE GADGETS GAMING or EAGLE GADGETS PC GAMING on your bank statement. 

We will REFUSE sales if you use fake details on billing, contrary to your banking profile or false email addresses etc. This ensures we are keeping customers safe. Please fill out the full billing address details correctly.

Counter-Strike is an objective-based, multiplayer first-person shooter. Two opposing teams—the Terrorists and the Counter Terrorists—compete in game modes to complete objectives, such as securing a location to plant or defuse a bomb and rescuing or guarding hostages.  At the end of each round, players are rewarded based on their individual performance with in-game currency to spend on more powerful weapons in subsequent rounds. Winning rounds results in more money than losing, and completing objectives such as killing enemy players gives cash bonuses.  Uncooperative actions, such as killing teammates, results in a penalty.
